Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Kidzzlet Inc. (“Kidzzlet,” “we,” or “us”) makes creative apps for children and families. This policy covers kidzzlet.com and our apps that link to it, including Colorlet, Stickerlet, Piecelet, KiGears Lab, and KiCreate Studio. It explains the different information involved in browsing our website, using an app, making a purchase, and contacting us.
For privacy questions or requests, including requests about a child’s information, email support@kidzzlet.com. Please name the app concerned and avoid sending a child’s photo, full name, or other personal details unless necessary to resolve your request.
1. Children and families
Our apps include experiences intended for children. Parents and guardians should manage purchases, account features, and communication with us, and help children decide what to share outside an app.
An app can process personal information even without asking for a name or email address. Technical identifiers used for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and purchases can distinguish a device or app installation. The sections below describe these services; “anonymous” sign-in does not mean that no information is collected.
A parent or guardian can ask to review or delete personal information we hold about their child, and to stop further collection or use where applicable. Contact us using the address above. If we learn that a child’s information was collected without authorization required by law, we will investigate and take appropriate steps to stop that collection and delete the information. Agreeing to our terms, passing a purchase gate, or granting a device permission does not by itself substitute for legally required parental consent.
2. Information from the website
You can browse the website without creating an account. The website does not provide a public posting area, newsletter registration, or direct checkout. Contact links open your email application; clicking one does not submit a message to us automatically.
Delivering website pages involves processing technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time. Hosting and delivery providers may process this information to deliver the site, investigate errors, and protect it from abuse.
The public website loads Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies and when analytics is enabled for the site. It measures visits and interactions, including clicks on App Store links. Information can include page addresses, referral information, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and interaction events. We use this to understand which pages and products interest visitors and improve the website. This website measurement is separate from analytics inside our apps. Google Analytics is not loaded on our Tools pages.
Growth Tracker records
Growth Tracker stores nicknames, birth dates, reference-chart selections, measurements, and optional notes in local storage in your browser. These records are not sent to Kidzzlet servers or analytics services. Anyone who can use the same browser profile can access them. Browser storage is not an encrypted medical record and does not synchronize between devices.
You can edit records, download a backup or CSV file, print a report, restore a backup, or delete all saved tracker data from the tool. Importing a backup reads the file locally in your browser. Downloaded files and printed reports contain personal information; keep them private and delete them separately when no longer needed. Clearing browser data may remove records that have not been backed up. Normal website delivery still involves the technical request information described above.
Little Measures performs unit conversions in your browser. If remembering recent conversions is enabled, it keeps up to 20 recent entries per category on this device, expiring them after 30 days when the tool is used. You can clear history or turn remembering off, which also clears saved entries. Unit preferences are stored separately from measurement history. Other people using the same browser profile may see saved conversions.
Sharing or copying a Little Measures link includes only the selected category, units, and amount. These are placed after the # in the link and are not sent in the page request to our server. Anyone with the link can read them, and the link may remain in browser history or in the service you choose to share it through. Conversion history is not included. Clearing local history does not remove links you have already shared.
Choose “Accept all,” “Reject all,” or “Cookie settings” in our cookie banner. Optional analytics is off until you accept. You can revisit your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the website.
We store your choice in a necessary cookie named kidzzlet_consent for 180 days. If you accept analytics, Google uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and sessions; these can last up to two years. Withdrawing permission removes these analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop analytics already running. It does not delete information Google previously received. You can also block or remove cookies through your browser settings.
Read Google’s information about Analytics data for more about the service. Website cookie choices do not change data collection inside a Kidzzlet app or replace parental consent where required.
3. Information from apps
Features vary by app and version. The following categories describe the information involved where the corresponding feature is available.
- App activity and diagnostics. Our apps integrate Google Firebase services, including Analytics and Crashlytics. When enabled, these services process app or installation identifiers, device and app version information, interactions with features, and crash or error information. We use these records to understand feature use and diagnose reliability problems.
- Authentication and profiles. Some apps use Firebase Authentication to create a technical identifier without requiring an email login. Apps with sign-in features also process information supplied through the sign-in method you choose. A local player profile and an online account are different; a nickname or avatar does not necessarily mean a separate online account has been created.
- Creations and saved preferences. Apps store information needed for their features, such as artwork, projects, progress, and preferences. Depending on the app and feature, storage can be on your device or involve a cloud service. Where cloud storage or synchronization is used, the relevant content and identifiers are sent to that service. Device backups and iCloud settings can also affect where copies are kept. Do not assume that all app information stays only on the device.
- Photos, files, and exports. Where an app lets you import an image or file, save artwork to Photos, or share a creation, the selected material is used for that action. You control available device permissions in system settings. A destination you choose for sharing or export receives that content and handles it under its own policies.
- Content delivery. Some apps use Firebase storage, databases, or remote configuration to retrieve creative content and app settings. These requests can involve technical identifiers and network information.
4. Purchases
Apple processes purchases made through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to help validate purchases and manage access to paid features. This involves purchase or subscription records, product identifiers, transaction status, and an app user or installation identifier. A purchase identifier is not necessarily your name or email address, but it can still link purchase activity over time.
You enter payment details through Apple’s purchase process, rather than a checkout on our website. Do not send us payment-card details, Apple Account passwords, or verification codes when requesting support.
5. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of the message, and any attachments or other information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot issues, and handle privacy, purchase, or business requests. Please redact unnecessary personal information from screenshots and receipts. Sending a support message does not authorize us to publish your message or a child’s artwork for promotion.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Providers involved in the features described above include:
- Google: website and app analytics, Firebase authentication, crash reporting, and app cloud services. See Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat: purchase validation and paid-feature access. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
- Apple: App Store distribution, billing, and Apple services you use, such as device backups or iCloud. See Apple’s privacy information.
Hosting, delivery, and email providers also process information needed to operate the website and respond to messages. Provider privacy notices explain their practices; they do not replace our responsibility for the information handled on our behalf.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or as reasonably necessary to protect people and the security of our services. If the business is transferred, information needed to continue the services may be transferred subject to applicable privacy requirements and any required notice or consent.
7. Retention and security
Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Support correspondence is used to resolve requests and related follow-up; purchase records support paid access and transaction handling; technical records support operation, measurement, and troubleshooting. Information needed for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute may need to be kept longer. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.
Locally stored work can remain until you delete it or remove the app’s data. Cloud copies, provider records, and device backups have separate deletion processes. Removing an app does not necessarily erase those copies or cancel a subscription. Provider retention settings and backup cycles can affect when deletion is completed.
No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep your device and account access secure, and do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information to support.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live and the information involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also be able to complain to your local privacy regulator. These rights are subject to applicable law and exceptions.
Send requests to support@kidzzlet.com, specifying the app or website and the request. We may need limited information to verify identity or parental authority and locate the relevant records. Some records use technical identifiers rather than an email address; please contact us before deleting an app if you need help locating them. We will explain if we cannot identify a record or must retain information for a legal reason.
You can also manage device permissions, app storage, and available cloud settings on your device. To cancel an Apple subscription, follow Apple’s instructions; a privacy deletion request does not automatically cancel billing.
9. International processing and external links
Kidzzlet is based in California, United States. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections can differ between countries, and applicable transfer requirements still apply. Visiting our website is not, by itself, consent to an international transfer that requires consent under applicable law.
Following a link to an app store, Instagram, YouTube, or another website takes you to an independently operated service. Review its privacy notice before providing information there.
10. Policy updates and contact
We will update this page and the date above when the policy changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice, with additional notice or consent where required. A policy update does not itself authorize a new use of children’s information.
