Terms of Use
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These terms describe the use of the Kidzzlet website and Kidzzlet apps that link to these terms, including Colorlet, Stickerlet, Piecelet, KiGears Lab, and KiCreate Studio. Kidzzlet Inc. is referred to below as “Kidzzlet,” “we,” or “us.” Questions can be sent to support@kidzzlet.com.
1. For parents and caregivers
Our apps support creative play, including play by children. A parent or legal guardian should review these terms, supervise use appropriate to the child’s age, and authorize purchases and any account setup. Children should ask an adult before contacting us or sharing personal information or creations outside an app. Permission to use an app is separate from any parental consent required for collecting a child’s personal information.
Please use the services in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
2. Website and app availability
The website introduces our products and provides activity ideas and support information. Browsing it does not require a Kidzzlet account. App features, device requirements, languages, and availability vary by product and region. Check the product’s current store listing and purchase screen before downloading or buying. A preview or screenshot does not promise that a product or feature is available on every device.
Activity ideas are suggestions for creative play. An adult should choose suitable materials and supervise activities involving scissors, small pieces, or other tools. We do not promise a particular learning outcome.
3. App licenses and acceptable use
Apps downloaded through the Apple App Store are subject to the license agreement supplied with the app. Where no custom license is provided, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies. These terms supplement that agreement and do not override its license provisions or applicable store rules.
You may browse the website and use its activity instructions for personal, family, or classroom activities. Kidzzlet and its licensors retain rights in the apps, illustrations, templates, logos, and other materials we provide. This permission does not allow resale of those materials or redistribution of the apps or their asset collections.
- Do not use the services unlawfully or infringe someone else’s rights.
- Do not interfere with the services, introduce malicious software, or try to access systems or information without authorization.
- Do not bypass purchase protections or copy or reverse engineer an app except where its license or applicable law permits it.
4. Your creations and feedback
You retain any rights you have in your original drawings, designs, stories, and other creations. Using our apps does not transfer ownership of those creations to Kidzzlet. Our rights in any built-in artwork or other licensed elements remain unchanged.
If you send us a creation or screenshot for support, you allow us to use it to investigate and respond to that request. Sending it does not give us permission to publish it in advertising. We will ask separately before using a submitted creation or testimonial for promotion. Share only material you are entitled to share, and avoid including a child’s personal information.
You may send suggestions voluntarily. We may use general product feedback to improve our services without promising payment or implementation. This does not give us ownership of your artwork or permission to publish personal information.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and trials
Some apps are free to download and offer paid features. The purchase screen identifies the price, currency, included features, and whether an offer is a one-time purchase or a subscription. Trial availability, length, and eligibility depend on the offer shown; there is no universal free-trial period across our apps.
Apple processes App Store purchases through your Apple Account. A subscription renews according to the terms shown when you subscribe unless canceled. Review the renewal date and cancellation instructions in your Apple Account, including the deadline for any trial offer. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancel or manage a subscription: use your Apple Account’s subscription settings. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
- Request a refund: follow Apple’s refund instructions. Eligibility depends on the purchase, region, and applicable law; a refund is not guaranteed by these terms.
- Restore eligible purchases: use the app’s restore option where available with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Contact us if access is still missing. Never send us your password or full payment-card details.
These instructions do not limit statutory refund or cancellation rights. Questions about app functionality can be sent to support@kidzzlet.com.
6. Saved work and external services
Storage, export, and synchronization features differ between apps. Keep copies of important work using the export or backup options available to you. Removing an app, clearing its data, changing accounts, or changing device or cloud settings can affect saved work. Do not assume that every app includes a cloud backup or that deleted work can be recovered.
Links to Apple, social networks, or other services take you to services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. Sharing or exporting through another app is subject to that app’s settings and rules.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and how parents and other users can contact us about their data. Acceptance of these terms does not replace consent where the law requires it for a particular use of personal information.
8. Changes, interruptions, and responsibility
We may update the services to improve functionality, fix problems, or meet legal requirements. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the services. Any changes affecting paid access remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content. App warranties and remedies are governed by the applicable app license and law. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Questions and disputes
Please contact support@kidzzlet.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising your legal rights or seeking urgent relief.
These terms are governed by California law, except where mandatory laws in your place of residence provide otherwise. They do not require binding arbitration, waive participation in a class action, or prevent you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law. Separate app-store or app-license terms may address disputes within their own scope.
10. Updates and contact
We will post revisions here and update the date above. Material changes will be identified through an appropriate notice, and we will obtain agreement where required by law. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
